We offer multiple shipping tiers to choose from: 1.Express (Fast): 3-7 working days (via UPS/FedEx) 2.Express (Standard): 8-15 working days (via UPS/FedEx) 3.Express (Economy): 12-25 working days (via other couriers) 4.Sea Freight (Standard): 25-35 working days 5.Sea Freight (Economy): 35-55 working days Note: For urgent orders, we will make every effort to ship within 2 working days, subject to stock availability. 3.Shipping & Payment Fees: When placing an order, please select your preferred shipping method based on your desired delivery timeframe. The listed shipping rates include PayPal transaction fees (calculated as total order amount × 4.4% + $0.30 per transaction). This fee will be automatically deducted from our PayPal account. Custom orders are accepted

The actual stock quantity shown on our websites may vary. If you require 2-5 dozen of a single style, or have an urgent order, please contact us before placing your order. This ensures we can confirm stock availability, arrange production, or recommend suitable alternative styles if needed. All alloy crowns are fully customizable, including stone color, plating finish, and adding combs etc. Our MOQ for custom orders starts at 1 dozen (specific requirements depend on the style and quantity).

Do you offer free shipping?

Since we are a wholesale website rather than a retail one, our prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. Therefore, we will charge corresponding shipping fees based on the customer's address and country.

What's your warranty policy?

If for any reason , breaks of your tiara, crown or othe products purchased  from yiso or Anxiu wholesale shop, send it back for prompt repair or replacements. we will fix it or replace it whether it is a manufacturing defect or broken for any other reason.

How long does it take to process a refund?
